Świnoujście for free

The best things in Świnoujście cost nothing: the beach, the promenade to Germany, Stawa Młyny, Park Zdrojowy, the graduation towers and a ferry trip across the Świna.

The promenade in Świnoujście

A stay in Świnoujście does not have to be expensive. Most of what people come here for is free and accessible all year round.

Free in Świnoujście

  • The beach: entry is free, you only pay for hired equipment.
  • The promenade and a walk across the border to Ahlbeck.
  • The breakwater and Stawa Młyny.
  • Park Zdrojowy and a walk to the centre.
  • The graduation towers on the promenade, open from spring to autumn.
  • The Bielik ferry to Warszów: free for pedestrians and cyclists, and a mini harbour cruise at the same time.
  • The Świna quay with views of the ships.
  • Warszów wild beach on the other side of the river.

The cheapest “boat trip” in town is the Bielik ferry there and back. Stand by the rail and you will see the port, the quays and the mouth of the Świna from the water.
