Eastern stretch

Beach by the breakwater and Stawa Młyny

The eastern end of the beach, right at the mouth of the Świna. From here you can watch Stawa Młyny, the port entrance and the ferries sailing to Sweden.

  • Afternoon and evening, when the ferries sail out
  • For lovers of views, photographers and couples
Stawa Młyny on the breakwater by the beach

A beach with a port view

At the eastern end of the beach the sand reaches the western breakwater, with Stawa Młyny at its tip. It is the only place in Świnoujście where you can lie on the beach and watch huge ferries and ships entering the port and heading out to sea.

What is nearby

  • The breakwater with Stawa Młyny, which you can walk out on.
  • The West Fort with its underground passages.
  • Fort Anioła and Park Zdrojowy, about a quarter of an hour on foot.

It is at its most beautiful in the evening, when the ferries to Sweden head out to sea and the sun sets over the breakwater. In autumn and winter swans swim by the breakwater.
