Wybrzeże Władysława IV

The Świna quay in the centre

A riverside boulevard in the town centre where you can watch ferries, passenger ships and fishing boats sail along the Świna. In season, sightseeing cruises leave from here.

The port within arm’s reach

Świnoujście is one of the few towns where the port runs right through the middle of town. From the Świna quay in the centre you can see the Bielik ferries crossing to Warszów, passenger ships, tugs, fishing boats and sometimes large ships heading for the port of Szczecin.

What to do here

  • Sit on a bench and watch the traffic on the river: a free “show” that even adults do not tire of.
  • In season, sightseeing boats moor at the quays, offering cruises around the port and to the German resorts.
  • In the evening, when the port lights up, it is one of the nicest places for a walk in the centre.
  • A few minutes away are the Museum of Sea Fishing and plac Wolności with its cafés.

Want to see the port from the water for free? Hop on the Bielik ferry to Warszów: the crossing is free for foot passengers and takes just a few minutes.
