A plan for a weekend for two, ideally outside the peak season, when the beach and the promenade belong to the walkers.
Day 1
Morning
A walk on the empty beach at dawn or just after breakfast.
Late morning
Through the Park Zdrojowy to Fort Anioła: the terrace with its rose garden and coffee in the former fireplace hall.
Afternoon
Along the promenade across the border to Ahlbeck, and a stroll on the pier.
Evening
Sunset on the breakwater at Stawa Młyny and a seafood dinner at Oyster.
Day 2
Morning
By ferry to Warszów and on to the wild beach, where you will have the sea almost to yourselves.
Afternoon
The view from the lighthouse, then lunch at the intimate Albakora in the centre.
If it rains
In the rain, Fort Anioła with its café and the sauna area at the aquapark are good places for quiet hours together.
